Do I need to register an account before shopping?

Direct online shopping, no need to register an account.

What are my payment options online?

We currectly accept direct payment from banking, For the PAYPAL service, we will keep you posted.

How to order?

Step 1: Find the item(s) you wish to order!

Select the required size and quantity

 

Step 2: Add to cart

Click "Add to Cart" on the shopping page.

 

Step 3: Review your cart

Select the Cart icon at the top of the website.

 

Step 4: Checkout

When the purchase is complete, press "Checkout".

 

Step 5: Enter Information

Please enter your contact and shipping information , then click "Next"

"Complete"

 

Step 6: Order Confirmation

Once the payment had been made, you will receive an e-mail to confirm you that has received your order.

How to know if payment transaction is successful?

After the transaction is successful, the customer will receive an email confirmation within 24 hours.

Can the member points or discounts of the store be used simultaneously when shopping online?

We do not have online membership points or offers for the time being. The store offer is not available online.

What are your delivery times?

After successful online trading, the goods will be received in about 5 working days.

Can I amend my online order?

If you have any changes after ordering, please contact customer service directly by email within 24 hours sales2@rapeeliving.com.hk

Orders cannot be changed for more than 24 hours.

What should I do if my item has defects or is damaged upon arrival?

If you find that the goods are worn out, please contact the Customer Service Officer within 24 hours after receiving the item. Sales2@rapeeliving.com.hk

Do you accept returns?

All returns must follow the online return steps:

 

1. You need to contact the Customer Service Officer by email within 7 days. The Customer Service Officer will reply within 24 hours.

2. All returned goods must be complete, including packaging, labels, etc.

3. If it is not a problem caused by the company, the customer shall be responsible for all shipping/delivery charges incurred during the return process.
