Delivery Service

For consumer protection, all orders are subject for review, As a result on occasion there may be a slight delay in order processing; your patience is greatly appreciated.

Shipping and handling charges are not refundable; charges include order processing, item selection, packaging and transportation of items.

Business days are limited to Monday to friday 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. not including holidays. Orders placed on major holidays are processed and shipped on the next business day.

• Free delivery service will be provided for *purchase over HK$500. Extra Service Fee will be applied for not appointed delivery time.
• For *purchase below HK$500, service fee per order will be applied (HK$50 service charge for delivery).
• Service Area:HK, Kowloon, New Territories(Except for Tung Chung ,Discovery Bay, outlying Islands)
• Area not included.It will be paid in SF to pay.
• All complete in-stock orders . All other shipments will be sent the next business day.
• P.O Box is not accepted as shipping address.
• Orders will be delivered to the address provided by customer when placing their order. An order can be delivered to one address only. If customer requires sending orders to multiple addresses, customer needs to place a separate order for each address.
• Delivery will be delayed or cancelled when Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above or Black Rainstorm warning signal is hoisted on the scheduled delivery date or the day before. LIVINGTON shall contact customer to reschedule the delivery.

Shipping days and schedules
Standard Delivery

• The shipment will be ready and arrive at the shipping address in 4-5 business days upon confirmation of payment. Delivery time will be available from Monday to Friday (9a.m.- 6p.m.). This might vary depending on stock availability.
