Please note when using :

• Pleasesoak any unglazed pottery in hot water before use in order to prevent stains and blemishes. 
• Speckles may appearon the pottery’s surface while wet, but should disappear once dried. These will not affect the product’s performance. 
• After washing, allow plenty of time for drying. Insufficient drying can result inmolding. 
• Use kitchen-use bleachcleaner to remove stains from pottery.  
  
  

After Use：

• Avoid leaving food ingredients or beverages in the pottery for long periods of time. 

• As soon as possible after use, wash gently with tableware cleaner and a soft sponge, wipe dry with a kitchen cloth, then let dry in the shade.  

• Remove stains by soaking in bleach, then wash with tableware detergent afterwards. 

• Stains that have entered the inner clay material can no longer be removed. 

• In order to remove odor, please soak in baking soda water for half a day to a day.

Returned items must comply with the following conditions:

• A return request must be submit within 7 days from the date of product received. Send the order number and photos of the relevant product(s) to cs@rapeeliving.com.hk
• Returned Item must be purchased from www.rapeeliving.com.hk
• No refund or exchange for bargain sale,on sale items,damaged or altered goods.
• Items must be returned unworn, undamaged and unused, with all tags attached and the original packaging included.
• Any returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted.
  
  

Exchange Policy:

• Exchanges are only available for the same size or color exchange.
• If the size or color submitted by the exchange request is out of stock, we will process the refund accordingly.

• rapee-LIVING reserves the rights to withhold any refunds if your original item has not reached our warehouse.
• Ensure all given refund details are correct and complete.
• In case the required exchange item is unavailable, we will proceed the refund fully in PAYPAL.
